Well, we had our first injury. Halle was crawling under the kitchen chairs and pulled one down on her eye. It bulged out, turned colors and split open. She looks like Rocky! I am so proud of her, she only cried for a few minutes and only needed me to hold her hand in the doctors chair. She just tells everyone that she has eyeshadow on!

At the Pumpkin Patch... this will be our new family tradition, the girls had a great time looking at all the different pumpkins and picking them out.
Halle bowling for FHE. I am embarrased to stay, but have to give it to Hal Gal, she beat me that night in bowling! I am pretty bad, but we had a lot of fun.
My friend Diana and I went shopping for the day without our kids (we have awesome husbands!) and she took me out to lunch for my birthday.
These are pics of us gleaning potates on the Searle's fields, it was so much fun! It was like digging for gold. We had fresh baked potatoes for dinner!
Derek and I celebrating our 5th anniversary at Lagoon without the kids (thank you Kristen!) We had an AWESOME time and felt like newlyweds again.

Here are some of my FABULOUS friends here in Burley, we get together for lunches, girls nights, and other fun activities with our kids.
We have been reaping the rewards of our harvest! Making bread, gleaning potatoes, eating buttery corn, and canning EVERYTHING! It has been really fun to just be at home with the girls and playing outside in the cooler weather.

I'm not ready for summer to be over yet... even though it really already is... I'm trying to fight it. Oh well... Love all your pictures! It was so fun to hang out the other night!!
